VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Hey, everybody. Hey, everybody. Jeremy Redman here. Um, get another question. And that question is, uh, we get decently often, like I guess out of our 15, 000 plus users or whatever, we have a bunch of sites that like need tweaks, little settings. And I get, I get asked this quite often, even by prospective customers, like on our video ask tool.

Um, or like our contact us form or whatever. And one of those things is does task magic work on my site? And the thing is about that is the answer is always yes. Dot, dot, dot. If it doesn't just let us know, because I mean, you can check the video here. On, uh, boiling the ocean. So we have a, we have a video that is boiling

out here. We're boiling the ocean. So check that out. Um, let's see right here where we essentially go into that. We're automating the entire internet. Right? So we work on the most, we work 90. To 99 percent of the time on 90 percent of the websites right now that are like most trafficked. Okay, some of those websites are really difficult.

So you might run into some issues and by issues, I mean edge cases that we have not discovered yet. And I just found out that I wasn't sharing my screen. So we have this video here, right? We're boiling the ocean at task magic. Uh, and it's really difficult, but rewarding with updates. Um, so we go into that on this video, so you can check that out and, uh, We work on the majority of websites, like the major, like chat, GPT, Gemini, these sites that people, Amazon, Google, there are things we need to tweak about them because everyone kind of wants to do something slightly different.

And all you have to do, because again, it's not necessarily a bug. It's just something that has not been handled yet. There are probably hundreds, if not thousands of little use cases, sites that we don't know. Someone wanted to automate something on Marriott. Okay. Turns out they had like 28 iframes within iframes and we only handled an iframe within an iframe and no joke, they went iframe with an iframe with an iframe.

I think it was them. So we just had to handle three iframes. Two I frames within one, right? So we had to write that didn't take long. It only takes like An hour something like that, but then it just it works for that site I don't know for sure if it was that one site, but now it now iframe with an iframe with iframe works on 99 of sites right before it worked on none and we didn't know That a site manager like would actually Do that.

I've never done that. I maybe put an iframe within an iframe which we did cover but the thing is is like we have like esoteric like cleaning sites and it's like Yes, most likely we can do that, right? Because it's like a wordpress site or a squarespace site or a webflow site or a wix site, whatever. Um, And we'll, we handle most of those cases again, 95 to 95, 99 percent of the cases for the cases.

We don't, you just need to go to feature requests at request. taskmagic. com and let us know, or you can do it in bugs and say, Hey, this doesn't work and we'll get to it. Um, but again, it's not necessarily a bug. You just have to try as in go to our desktop app. So go to our desktop app, go to new automation, go to web.

Okay. Okay? And then type in a site, right? I'm not going to show you that entire thing, but go to the site you're trying to automate and then click around. So tell us you're going to click, right? So click, click, click on something. Confirm that. Click. See if it captures it. Great. Now try to do that automation or whatever you're trying to do.

Click or type in the contact form more oftentimes than that. 95 percent of time is going to work. Okay? Um, If it doesn't, and this is the case, it doesn't. Or if you don't know one, try it, but we make this almost guarantee, right? That if you just let us know, we will get to what the issue is. Okay. It doesn't matter how esoteric the site is that.

Small unknown site that had we had a site that was like some foreign site that had like ad blockers and No joke, it was like 30 ads on a site and it was like, oh my god I don't know how to handle this then we handled the majority of it Right, you just have to let us know right squeaky wheel gets the grease kind of thing.

Um So given the allotted time that we have to focus on every edge case, um, we can factor in like upvotes of these things and things like that, if it's only you with the thing, we will still get to it if we have time. So, um, but again, we work in 90 to 99 percent of all sites and cases. Um, and it just gets divided between the sites that are majorly trafficked, like Google, Yelp, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

So, you know, Claude, Gemini, Chad, GPT, those things are tougher to automate on, but we've spent a lot of time. So we have to allocate 70 percent of our time to those majorly traffic sites that affects 13, 000 people, 14, 000 people. And then a hundred people on these edge cases, we do still, still spend time on, but if they get some love in here, or if we've got time to do it.

So. We almost guarantee that we want to handle every use case we possibly can. Um, and that's kind of how we do that. Um, let's see. Uh, if it, again, if it does not work, okay, just let us know. Request it. You can either throw it in bugs. Again, we want you to think it's not a bug. It just hasn't been handled yet.

So it will just take anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days, right? No more than a week, really. We could like to turn this around because we know if it's on one small esoteric site, it's probably on a few others. So we'd like to handle that use case, um, again, thanks. Let me know if that makes sense.
