Mastering Your Billing Settings: A Guide to Managing Invoices and Add-Ons

Step 1- Click on home > Go to settings > Mange Billing

Step 2- When we click on Mange Billing > We see plan name > Mange button addon, cancel, upgrade , add to plan and see past invoices and webhooks

Step 3- Click on Manage, cancel upgrade, add to your plan it opens up the invoice page to cancel or pause plan

Step 4 – Here we can see invoice history and download invoices.

Step 5—On left hand side we see promos and cloud hours to purchase

Hey everybody, Jeremy Redman here. Not even going to mention Kyle. Okay, but he's here as well. So in this video, we're going to show you how to manage your billing settings. And that a lot of those things include if you want to find billing settings on the left hand side you go to settings And then manage billing cool here You will see your plan like the plan you have the features you have you will see the add ons below you can add things like The buttons add on webhook apps, things like that if you want it a la carte, you'll also be able to manage your cloud hours or by cloud hours here.

And then you'll see in green click here to manage cancel upgrade. If you click that it opens your billing settings. within Stripe that we have. And you can manage everything here as well to cancel, pause, um, or upgrade things like that. So, and you can, a big thing is downloading invoices. So we have a lot of corporate or business, uh, clients or customers that essentially want to download or see invoices.

Here is where you do that as well. Um, is there anything else to say, Kyle? No, I think that'd be it. Okay. Is there anything else to know about billing settings? Um, no, this is where we'll probably be putting promos and stuff along with right here. So I guess check this page often when you need hours. Yeah.

The banner at the banner below. Correct. Yeah. The banner on the left hand side, you'll see promos, things like that. Cloud hours. Um, and then yeah, And then in the add ons, you will actually see cloud hours and things like that, that we'll be adding. So any add ons like we'll have, we have cloud hours. Um, and yeah, and you can purchase and do things there as well.
