VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Hey everybody, Jeremy Redman here, founder of Taskmagic, so on and so forth. Hi, hi Kyle. How's it going? In this video, we are going to briefly go over this somewhat new Left hand side panel menu. What would you call this, Kyle? Left panel menu, left menu menu. What would you call that? I always like calling it a drawer, but I don't think you like drawer.

Well, I don't like drawer. Icon looks like a drawer. Open drawer sideways. So a couple of things you can minimize and maximize this. Based on what you have in there. That's cool. Right, Kyle? That's cool. That's cool. You can close it with this icon So it frees up your entire space if you're working with a smaller screen then open it here You have our logo you can search we'll just go top to bottom here.

You can search for automations So we put kyle No automations found. What about if I put Jeremy boom, look at that. It's fuzzy. Dude, because it searches everything in here, right? Kyle all works, but yeah, that's so great. So this is great. And you can click on it right from here and you can do all of these actions right from here.

So this is the way you can search. Okay. Next is home. Okay. Home is where you will essentially see all your workspaces, your team invites. adding a new workspace, new automation. Let's scroll down here. Oh, see, and my other workspace. That's great. And then your ability to buy a browser VPN or a proxy IP. So which also after that, we'll pull other like metrics and things up there.

But like this is a very clean version of it. So cool. Next is the roadmap. So this opens things that you can do on the roadmap because we are really big here on building building public So submitted share workflows automations. Can you not you can't that's done, right? Kyle? You can move it but this is people wanting to like have a different way of sharing They want to like send it to an email.

So if you care about that, let us know. Um, cool. So that's roadmap. The next one down is affiliates. This is a way a lot of, a lot of our customers actually make a lot of money this way. Um, so you can click affiliates, sign up, you get your link, open apps builder. Again, in one of our previous videos. The three ways to automate guided templates web based and apps apps is kind of separate from our main magic of what we do Um, so this is kind of a quick Uh reference as to how to open the apps builder if you just want to do apps This is like zapier pably these types of things happier bank where it's just apis, right?

It's easy. It's quick It's not Click, copy, paste, grab data. It's this row has changed an air table. Do this in Google Sheets. Um, so there's that. Um, that's just a quick glanceable view. Browser VPNs. Again, this is where you would just manage and buy VPNs to connect. You have here your settings. So you click here and you can go to profile settings manage billing check for update That's very important and sign out because again, you can check for updates one of two ways one Clicking on what's new and this is another thing that we can highlight under what's new This has our change log with all the things that we do all the time Look at all these improvements here.

So here in what's new, this will automatically check for an update in the background, uh, given 20, 30 seconds, and then let you know if there's air or you can manually do one by going to settings, clicking on it and go to check for update, but then you can go to profile settings. And you have here, uh, manage billing and then it goes to your manage stuff where you can sign up for new things, buy things, cancel things, essentially check for update and sign out underneath it gets to the nitty gritty here in workspaces.

Okay, so you have your workspaces lined up here, all your automations, and then you can add a new automation and you can manage automations. Okay, so here again, where we reiterated in the last video, when you have an automation open, you cannot close this. Okay, you cannot close the workspace itself. It will go to that workspace and it will keep it open to be glanceable because you need these settings here, okay?

So there's that once you open this These are all the settings on this left hand side here when you click in an automation we are in let's go to this one Jeremy test out number one. Under this automation highlighted in green, you will see play steps, add proxy, manage trigger, rename automation, task history, filter by, recapture steps, send to Google Sheets, send to webhook, advanced settings.

We'll make a video especially for these advanced settings. But then you can click add proxies, manage cookies, screen settings, runtime settings. And we'll go over that in a further video. All of these settings are vital and these are automation specific settings. We used to have these in here, but it clouded it up.

Um, but you can click in your automation, see the things on the right hand side, see all the settings or peripheral options here in this left hand sidebar. So like all of these options will be the same in every new automation. You automation will click one here. Boom. Same options. All of those are the same.

Okay. Those are just set settings to control and manage your automations here again on the left hand side. These gray dots, uh, indicate that an automation is either on or off or live or not live. If it's green, it's live. If it's gray, it's not. And then you can sit here and then click these three dots next to an automation, move to another workspace, duplicate or delete.

You'll see your, all your workspaces, or you can create. a new workspace or underneath a workspace, you can. So if I click here, boom, now I can create a new automation per workspace. So at the bottom of a workspace before you see the next one, so I click in my workspace, scroll all the way down, you'll see new automation.

That will add that automation to that workspace right here. You see your next in your next workspace. Um, cool Then we have our help articles. So or our help resources Right here getting started this might change to where it's going But uh right now it goes to our getting started playlist on youtube where a lot of our community activity is Here's our help articles, uh, tutorials, um, contact us at support, uh, and then report a bug, uh, that just goes to our bugs on our roadmap.

Um, and then down here we have a banner, uh, that essentially we run promos, we run things, we alert people of certain items here. And right now it's lifetime cloud hours and you can buy those and purchase them. Um, so that will change from time to time. So boom, that is the left hand sidebar. Kyle, is there any other things, quirks, features, anything that you would like to add on the left hand side there?

I don't think I missed you going over the advanced settings, but I might have looked away when you did. Did you go over the advanced settings for automation? Yes, I did. I just glanced. The only thing I wanted to focus on was people clicking the advanced part also. Just because it's kind of tough. So here, open in automation.

Boom, advanced settings. add proxies, manage cookies, that's an important one, uh, screen settings and runtime settings. We will go over these in a further video like I mentioned when Kyle started to doze off. Fair enough. Okay. So again, it's fun here. It's fun here because you can minimize this based on how big your titles are and stuff.

Look at that. That's cool. Okay, let us know. That is an overview of the left hand side panel, side menu, whatever it is, navigation. I guess we should add the breadcrumbs in here. So, if I click my workspace, it goes to my workspace. If I click in an automation, boom, you see this. Done. And then this is just a way when you have the left hand sidebar, um, side panel there, or sorry, closed or collapsed, you need to still be able to navigate.

So you can click in an automation. How do you get back to that home screen or that workspace? Boom. You can click up here. So it was important that we can maximize this space and then you can actually still have some navigation. Uh, based on doing that. So cool. So do you see this? We also had my workspace, new automation, and then we have an onset trigger and then you can go back here.

Cool. That goes back to the automation. Boom. And that goes back to the workspace or slash home. Kyle, anything else to add? Nope. That covers it. Okay. Awesome. Let us know in the comments, either on this article or on YouTube, say hi, and let us know what you think.
