When it comes to sending emails, the best option is normally going to be adding an apps action. With your email provider. So you can use the Gmail action, or you can even use the custom SMTP action to send through your own email servers, which is possible with things like Outlook, GoDaddy, Google, et cetera.

Or you can go through a browser recording of the steps to perform that in an automation. So that would be something like going to Gmail, clicking compose and then clicking send. Although the better option is to use a provider. Through SMTP or Gmail or some other app. If there's a reason that you cannot use that, then again, I'd suggest using browser recording, but for most email situations, you should be able to use a apps action inside of your browser recording, rather than dedicating an entire series of steps to sending that email.
