VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Hey everybody, Jeremy Redman here. Well, it went the first, okay. Jeremy Redman here, founder of Taskmagic with KyleBot. How's it going? It's funny because your profile picture like vibrates when you say stuff. Okay. So it feels like a bot. All right, great. So we got this question. This is great for the course.

Um, how can Taskmagic help me with my online store or membership business? That's amazing. That's great. Um, we do have a niche with these things, and the first thing I will say is in apps, right? So in the app or API way that you can automate, because again, Kyle, if you show the three, which will be four ways to automate, okay, you have guided templates.

Web apps and you will have the desktop automations. So again, remember, the first thing to do is check to see if we have an app for your business. So if you go to apps, Kyle and here, so we have Shopify, right? The most popular store membership, whatever business here. So, We have Shopify. You can use Shopify and just do, what are some of the triggers here?

New abandoned checkout. So, okay. So that gives me an idea, right? So the idea is you can send an email drip campaign on your own accord, right? You don't have to pay hundreds of dollars a month for an email provider at all. You can retarget people, uh, canceled orders, cool new customers. So you can set them up on a welcome email journey.

They could do that with us, right? Kyle. Yeah, I think that apps is a really good quick win for a lot of online stores. Yeah, right. So like and again, this is lifetime price. Okay. Anyway, yeah, that's insane, dude 500 bucks or a thousand bucks for life instead of paying hundreds of you would pay hundreds a month for that Okay.

So anyway, um, for certain things. So say you want to send an email on a new order, right? Or you want to, you want to send an email or a screenshot of the order. Hear me out here. You can take a screenshot of that order. Okay. Upload that via an automation to Gemini or chat GPT to interpret that thing and then make decisions who you're going to send that to internally in your team.

Make a notification. The possibilities there are endless, right? Kyle, you could do that. There's quite a bit you could do. Yeah. So that's just one weird one off the top of my head. That's really out of the box. Okay. You can send client or customer screenshots of a dashboard that you had like an internal dashboard for them.

Um, so you can send that so you can send updates to your clients and customers as well. Um, a big one with browser automation and we'll stay here, Kyle in web automation. Uh, a lot of companies like Circle have, they make you charge, they charge you. 3, 400 a month to just have SSO, which is single sign on, which is the ability essentially to pair your login from your platform with theirs.

So it uses the same credentials. Um, I, I just call it giving someone access to something. Right, like making them a password, email, whatever you can do that in ours without paying the upgrade so you can go in and exactly how you manually invite someone. So Kyle, what are the other like you? You can record yourself inviting one person.

Okay, once inside of circle. Record all of those steps to do it once and then make the email that you're sending that invitation to, uh, a variable so that it's different every time someone comes in. Okay, so giving someone access to your site, no matter what it is, giving someone access to another site, right?

So you can connect. multiple sites and multiple platforms together, um, without paying extra or added costs. That's a pretty good one. I just thought about in my head, right? So like for instance, say you had a shop on Shopify. Okay. And when someone bought from Shopify, you wanted to grant them access to your community on discord.

Wait, Kyle, isn't that one we did something like that? It was, yeah, it was a new stripe new We did a couple it was sam cart app store connect thrive cart. It was quite a few different e commerce platforms that then added them to discord, um, and then it managed all their discord access there. Cause that entire product is like a, all their information is in discord.

Everything you buy is in that discord. So it managed us there. Right. So again, it's about what do you want to give to your membership customers or, um, your shop customers? Do you want, you can automate. Making a t shirt right and then ordering that t shirt to be sent to their house or apartment or whatever Um, so we have apps here for shopify.

So if you use a shopify store, what are the other triggers here new paid order? What are some of the actions you can do? Well, you'd have gmail What are the Shopify actions? Are there any, um, I don't know what you would do with Shopify. Okay. Look at that. You can do all of these things. Create order, get assist, get prep.

Okay. Update prep. You can update your inventory as you go, right? The possibilities are endless. What you can do for it. Um, what's another one? Right. So like, again, you can, you can have, you can handle support. We use task magic to make contextual support tickets and responses. So if you get, if you're a small team with a small shop and someone writes an email, you can take the body of that email, run it through chat, GPT or Gemini, right?

Kyle, you can do this. Yes. Yep. And then reply you an email back based on your docs or something. Yep. Like the possibility, these are just vague things that you can do that are clever. Um, so like say you wanted to grant someone an access to a PDF or you wanted to send it like you can send or do anything you can do in the web for your members or for your like you could automatically generate content and come up with specific content.

For an individual user. Could you not do that Kyle? I mean you can customize it as far as you want to go. I don't see why you yeah, right. Yeah So like for instance figuring it out and then you're yeah, right. So we made we made a guide for Um replying to comments on youtube With the context of the title of someone's video.

So we replied. So it sounded like we made the prompt in chat, GBT grabbed the response and then threw it as a reply, like, and no one knows, right? You can literally automate anything, your entire customer support, your entire, as long as you want to learn, those are complex things and we can help, right? Um, Which is also why we have to the bone limited people, right?

This is why we only deal with limited, limited amount of limited people, which is that we build you a system. Um, okay. We also have the WooCommerce app. That's a good one. So show that one. Great. WooCommerce and WordPress to make all of these triggers, new subscriptions, all these things. Um, and then actions as well.

Kyle, show actions of WooCommerce. Um, yeah.

Nice. So look, what are these? Oh, create customers, find customers, find products, create coupons. Again, these are some of the same things you can do with Zapier, but you can do this for life here. Right? And this is what this community is for, this course is for. To just ideate these things. Right. Um, another one with like, like you manage a site and it's like you can update plugins with ours.

You can QA all your forms. So like if you run a membership site and it's invite only, we'll say, okay, you need to make sure your forms are working every day. So we made a, you can make our automation, do a web automation and fill out that form on your, on the front end of your website. Okay. Right. You have a contact us form or an apply here form.

You can make sure that that gets filled out every morning. So a plugin doesn't break or your form builder doesn't error out or payment goes through. So you can QA that form for your business. Right, like you don't have to go do it and then you can get an alert that says hey, everything's good Um, what's another good example kyle?

I feel like every store related flow has been a lot of email flows for like their coupon follow ups their sales later on Things like that. So I really think about engaging with reviews. So like making an email drip to get more reviews from customers of your store and your membership, right? Yeah. And then email campaign is prompting them for a review and you can engage with those reviews automatically.

You can scrape those reviews from Yelp or Google and then engage with them as well automatically. So you get an immediate response from the store owner. And it's like, Oh wow. This person cares. What else do you got? I like those for the e commerce ones. Do we have any other general ones that would be good for e commerce?

Um, I guess like, as far as like getting more customers, you can automate your outreach, whatever platform you use, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, like Facebook groups would be big and memberships, right? So you can kind of engage with those people automatically. And then like DM them and do all this kind of stuff and scrape websites to get more leads for your community as well.

That's a big one that we just forgot about. So getting new members and getting new store, getting new, um, customers to buy your product. So you can automate all of that outreach. Like you can automate your PR. Scrape the web or scrape Apollo or wherever for, um, news outlet leads in your area, and then just hit them up on an email drip, that would be two flows.

So you could do that. I'm just coming up with these on the top of my head. Do you have any others? No, I mean, I think that's all that it is and that's what people should do is come up with things on the top of their head when they see what they're trying to build. If you know you're working with WordPress, start from here and just continue adding on to it.

Yeah, there's like enriching data. Yeah, right. Like automating, you know, like the daily client reports, things like that.

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you can create your, yeah. Interpret PDFs, um, monitor changes to your website, your e commerce thing. So if someone does reply, you can get notifications, but some of those people have it. Um, what else? Anything else?

If there's anything in the back end, like the admin panel that you manually have to do, you can automate it, right? Not in apps, but in web, if you're like, okay, I want to share this permission. I want to take away this person who works with me as permission because they just left the company or something, right?

This person doesn't have this permission. I want to change their permissions. You can automate that. Right. You can automate anything you can do in your shop backend or your WooCommerce backend. What's another good e commerce or your Stripe backend, you know, maybe just automating reports. So it goes to your backend and grabs your daily sales and messages it to you on Slack.

Like I have an automation that runs from about every hour to let us know that cloud is working. Yeah. Etsy store. Do you remember what we were doing there? Uh, we're Being Etsy products. And then we made another video that was uploading products to Shopify. I think so scraped products and then uploaded them.

Uh, they were two different flows. One was scraping Etsy. One was uploading products to Shopify. One was uploading products to Facebook marketplace. We've done a couple of different of those uploader manage flows. That's a good one. Automating text messaging. Right. So you can automate text message and then using desktop recording, you can automate your eye messages or your messages on your desktop with people.

So that's a good one. Or like open phone, whatever you want. Um, again, yeah, it's like scraping leads, automate your social engagement, automate Google search. Yeah. Well, what about the, the content and keyword thing with like your SEO? Didn't we do something with that? We've, we've done a lot. Yeah, we have done a lot.

So like it's, again, you can translate your blogs into different languages. Right. Automatically. Every time you write a blog, you could just go, go cool. And it can translate it. We did that one with Google translate, right? Automate files, uploading and downloading and saving. So if you send people files for certain things, that's a good one.

Right. Really anything you can do on the web for your e commerce. So it's like. Cool. We'll help you or people in the community here will help you. Just let us know. Um, and if you want to build your system, we have a limited plan. So anything else on here, Kyle, on how my, how task magic and it can fulfill your orders, upload products.

All automatically and then alert you when you need to be alerted If something breaks or something runs out a good one, I guess is like here's a great example Of like monitoring changes on the front end of your website or something else or your back end when something goes Out of stock you can get an alert so you can run it to run every five minutes 15 minutes hour Whatever every day and see what things are out of stock Okay, and then give you alerts or send emails to the people who need to replenish that stock You Okay, that's a good one, right?

Again, it is so up to you, right? It's really your creativity. You're just asking other people what they've done. So, but at first you need the tool. So, anything else, Kyle? Nope, I think we covered it. Awesome, thanks. Let us know in the comments if you have something specific and we can address it.
