How to build a template
After logging into the TaskMagic desktop app click “add from templates”
Select an automation and fill out all steps
If you do not have this information ready to go then either enter dummy text and come back to edit it later OR find the answer and then continue. Your automation will not save until you complete the entire setup.

Let’s make sure everything runs as expected. Pay attention to when your automation needs to login, this will often be followed by a delay step which sometimes needs to be edited if you weren’t able to complete logging in before the next step begins.
(optional) Update the name of your automation
Update the name of your automation so you stay organized. Make sure to add tags to make your dashboard easier to navigate
(optional) Setup your trigger
Finish setting up your automation by configuring your trigger so that the automation can run without you having to click play steps
(optional) Turn on
Click Turn On so your automation begins running according to your trigger
