2. Creating a New Workspace
To create a new workspace, simply click on the designated option within your automation tool. This step is essential to proceed with duplicating and moving automations seamlessly.
3. Duplicating the Automation
Once you have multiple workspaces set up, you can proceed to duplicate the automation you wish to move. By clicking on the duplicate icon, a copy of the selected automation will be created.
4. Moving the Automation
With the duplicated automation in place, you can now transfer it to any other workspace of your choice. This flexibility allows you to hand off or share workflows effortlessly.
Important Considerations

Okay. So to duplicate and then share an automation, there's just a couple of steps involved. Um, one, of course, it's expecting that you at least have two workspaces. There's no way that you'll be able to move it to another one if you only have that one workspace. So if you don't have a second workspace, this video probably doesn't apply to you.
Um, but you can create another workspace by clicking here. So to duplicate and then move a automation, let's say that I want to move this scrape all and Quentra listings. I can click this duplicate icon right here, which is going to make a copy of that automation. Then from here, what I can do is, is I can move this automation to any other workspace to pass it off, hand it off, whatever I want to do there.
So now this has been moved here. We'll see scrape all and puncher listings. And it has this copy tag. Now, one important thing that, uh, with your automation is if it has any password steps. then those steps are going to be automatically cleared if they were encrypted. So if you duplicate an automation with encrypted steps, make sure you reenter anything that was encrypted since those private details were removed during the duplication.
