How to filter-by to locate an automation in your workspace
What is filtering?
In this article, we will discuss how to filter out certain steps when viewing an automation. This feature is particularly useful for finding and editing specific functions of your automation quickly.
Filter By
First view
¹ the automation you wish to Filter
through. For this example, we are using our Filter By
automation.
To filter steps, click Filter by
¹ and a Filter steps by
menu will pop up.
This is the Filter steps by
menu.
Without Filtering
our current steps look like this. ⬇
If we apply a Filter
to only show Click
¹ steps it will look like this. ⬇
Note: The other steps are still there just hidden. Your steps will retain the same step number as in the unfiltered automation.
You may remove your filters by selecting Clear all
¹ in the Filter steps by
menu.
