Filter By

First view¹ the automation you wish to Filter through. For this example, we are using our Filter By automation.

To filter steps, click Filter by¹ and a Filter steps by menu will pop up.

This is the Filter steps by menu.

Without Filtering our current steps look like this. ⬇

If we apply a Filter to only show Click¹ steps it will look like this. ⬇

💡

Note: The other steps are still there just hidden. Your steps will retain the same step number as in the unfiltered automation.

You may remove your filters by selecting Clear all¹ in the Filter steps by menu.

📢
It is important to note that when you filter by certain steps and then click play steps, it will play all automation steps, not just those that are currently displayed based on your filter.

Overall, filtering steps is a tool that can greatly improve your efficiency when working with automations. By using this feature, you can quickly navigate through your automation and focus on the steps that need your attention the most.
