Step 1- Click on Open app builder

Step 2- Click on Chatbots Icon and button one by one

Step 3- Select Magic Bot—Select OpenAI Connection—Select Bot Attitude—Select New Source

Step 4- Click on Flow Icon

Step 5- Select Ask Bot—Select Chatbots—Select Input

We can create chatbots inside of the apps builder by clicking on open apps builder. And then if we expand this window a little bit, we can click on chatbots and create any bot we want from here. When we add a chatbot, we will be specifying our open AI connection. We can give it an attitude and then we can upload any PDFs that will serve as data sources for that bot.

You can then use this bot as a step in your automation by adding an active bot step. So if we add a active bot step here, we will be able to see our chat bots that we can ask a question to provide some input, and then we can work with the response and a following step.
