Once you click the plus button, a new Chromium browser window will open, displaying the URL closest to where you initiated the editing process. Step 4- Edit and write new text in the column and click Save

Okay. So we had a question about, can I go back and edit these steps of my automation without messing things up? Um, what can I do? Things like that. So the easiest way to do this is click the plus button in between any of the steps in your automation, and then click record from here. This is going to open up a new Chromium browser.

At the URL closest to where you click the plus. So that's not super important, but basically if this was going to seniorly. com and then this step was going to google. com and I clicked the plus step after this one, it's going to go to google. com rather than seniorly. So really minor thing there. Um, we can click the play icon next to the page that we want to go to.

If that was a factor for us. Anyways, what this is letting us do is edit and add, delete anything we want to our automation. So this, for example, is going to type San Francisco in this input field. But if I wanted to edit my automation, I'm going to make this type. Um, I don't know, Seattle, Washington. Then I can click save here, click play.

And I can test my automation with some new data. Now, for whatever reason I may want to. We can delete our steps. We can, um, edit them here. We can add more steps, whatever we really need to. It's just like when you first were recording. Now to save these steps, you're going to click I'm done to abandon any changes or discard those changes.

You would click exit recording. So exit recording is going to completely stop the automation that you were editing. It'll save everything you had prior to starting the recording. But no changes that you made, even if you click save from here. Now, if we click, I'm done, that would save everything. And that's kind of what we're expecting to do.
