How can we use Google Sheets in our automation?

Connecting Google Sheets to your automation will allow you to add dynamic data into your automation so you can send personalized messages/texts etc, export data from automations using scrape many or scrape many links, or it can serve as a trigger to start an automation.

 

Three ways Google Sheets help

Data in

When selecting a trigger you can use either schedule or loop with google sheets. Make sure to select either of these so that you are allowed to connect your sheet.

Data out

When using scrape many or scrape many links you can click Send to Google Sheets to export this data

Google Sheet change Trigger

When you are on a plan with access to the webhook triggers you will be able to add a google sheet change trigger. This trigger will fire everytime a row is added/updated/deleted.
