How to Switch to A New Worksheet For The Same Automation in the Desktop Application

When utilizing the list trigger in your automation, adjusting the worksheet is a simple yet crucial task. Begin by clicking on the designated area to edit your list trigger. From there, navigate to the 'manage sheet connection' option. This will display the currently connected sheet along with a list of available worksheets.

To change to a different worksheet, select the desired one from the list provided. As you make this switch, observe how the headers populate accordingly. This seamless transition ensures that all variables within your automation are promptly updated.

Once you've selected the new worksheet and confirmed the changes, revisit your automation. You'll notice a streamlined process with the updated variables in place. Say goodbye to manual adjustments, as the new connections effortlessly integrate into your workflow.

 If you're using the list trigger inside of your automation and you want to change the worksheet, you can click on the black portion of the box here to edit your list trigger and then click on manage sheet connection. This will show you the sheet that you have connected and all of the worksheets that you have available.

So if we wanted to change our worksheet, we can just select a different one from this list and we'll see those headers populated here. Once we select this, this will update all of the variables in our automation. So when I click looks good and I go back into my automation here, you'll see that I no longer have the profile URL variable that I was using before as we have new ones connected from a new worksheet.
