How to Switch To A New Worksheet For The Same Automation In The Desktop Application

If you are wanting to switch a different worksheet and the automation is already built. This article will explain how to make that change.

If you are using data from a Google sheet and automating tasks from it, but you made a new sheet and want to use the same automation but change the worksheet. This article will explain exactly how to do so. This is a step-by-step on how to change your google worksheet within the google app.

Getting Started

 

Log into the desktop application and click view for the automation that you want to update. Highlighted in the picture below.

Next, Click Manage loop trigger to access the google sheet settings. Highlighted in the picture below.

Next, click Manage Google Sheets to access the sheet connect to your automation. Highlighted in the example below.

Now, you can see the google sheet URL connected to the automation. Click Select A Worksheet then click the new worksheet you want to use. Highlighted in the picture below.

The current worksheet being used will be highlighted green.
 

When you’ve select the new worksheet. Click Looks good Highlighted in the picture below.
