Empowering Users: A Guide on Requesting Features in Our App
In today's digital age, user feedback plays a crucial role in shaping the development of applications. At our company, we value the input of our users and provide a seamless process for requesting new features within our app.
Navigating the Roadmap
To request a feature inside of the app, users can easily navigate to the "Roadmap" section. This opens up a new browser window that displays everything on our current board. Within the Roadmap, users will find sections for feature requests, app requests, and bug reports.
Submitting a Feature Request
Within the feature requests section, users can submit their ideas by providing a title, detailed description, and even a video showcasing the potential feature. This allows users to clearly communicate why they believe the feature would be beneficial.
User Engagement and Feedback
Once a feature request is submitted, other users have the opportunity to engage with the idea by voting on it. This collaborative process enables the most popular features to rise to the top and be considered for implementation in our roadmap.
Adding Features to the Roadmap
By incorporating user votes and feedback, we can prioritize the most requested features and add them to our roadmap. This transparent process ensures that our app evolves based on the needs and desires of our valued users.
In conclusion, our feature-request process empowers users to actively participate in the development of our app. By providing a user-friendly platform for submitting and voting on features, we foster a sense of community and collaboration within our user base.
Stay tuned for exciting updates as we continue to innovate and implement the most requested features from our dedicated users.
VIDEO TRANSCRIPT
To request a feature inside of the app, we can click on roadmap, which is going to open up a new browser that shows everything on our current board here. So we will have feature requests, app requests, and bugs. Inside of one of these, we can go ahead and click, for example, feature requests. And then we can add a title, some details, hopefully a video and kind of why we want this feature.
Um, so that other users, users can vote on this and we can add it to our roadmap.
