Connecting Google Sheets

To connect your automation to your Google Sheet data you can either Login with google OR share the spreadsheet URL with automations@taskmagic.com.

The first row of your Google Sheet MUST be your headers (name, email, phone etc.)

Verify the Sheet Information

 

After selecting a spreadsheet, worksheet and verifying your headers are correct, click Looks good

Start adding data to your automation

You can use variables in a number of step types but typing will be the most common use case. You can also add variables to URL, delay, Filter and Find By Text.

Click to add

You can either click a variable to add it or type @ followed by the exact text from the header of the column you want to use in your automation. This is case sensitive!

Clicking to add will allow you to avoid any possible case sensitivity or whitespace issues

Start Running!

Your automation will automatically get the data from your google sheet (depending on how you configured things) and replace any variables with the corresponding text from the row your automation is currently on
