How to Automate content (Facebook posts) from MLS listings for Real Estate
Streamline Your Real Estate Marketing with Automated Facebook Posts
In today's fast-paced world, automation plays a crucial role in optimizing workflows and saving time. Imagine automating the process of posting real estate listings on Facebook to reach a wider audience efficiently. Let's dive into how automation can transform your real estate marketing strategies. (see below for steps)
Automating Facebook Posts from Real Estate Listings: The first step in this automation process involves scraping new listings from a website. By logging in and running the script, it extracts key information such as listing numbers, prices, addresses, days on the market, features, amenities, and the listing agent details. This data is then organized and stored for further actions.
Creating Engaging Facebook Posts: After scraping the necessary information, the script moves on to creating engaging Facebook posts. It triggers a secondary automation process that leverages the data extracted earlier. Utilizing tools like ChatGPT, customized prompts are generated to craft compelling posts for each listing. By automating this step, you can ensure consistent and engaging content for your audience.
Posting on Facebook: Once the posts are generated, the script navigates to Facebook and automatically shares them on your news feed. This seamless process eliminates the manual effort of creating and posting individual listings, saving you valuable time while maintaining a consistent online presence.
In conclusion, automating Facebook posts from real estate listings streamlines your marketing efforts, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your business. By leveraging automation tools, you can reach a larger audience, engage potential buyers effectively, and stay ahead in the competitive real estate market.

This is the first automation, which is going to go and scrape all of the new listings, um, that are on this website here. So it'll log in and then after running, it's going to produce, it's still running in the background, but just so we can see what it'll show at the very end. Um, it's going to produce this type of an output with some of the information on the actual listing number, the list price address, a bunch of information about the days on the market.
Um, um, Previous information, other things that are included in the house, like features, amenities, things like that, and the listing agent. So all of those are scraped from here. It's going to go over each entry on this page and scrape those details. After it scrapes all of these details, we can see what it highlights here.
So it's like this section, this section, this section, and the listing agent down here. After it scrapes this page, it'll click return to results, and it's going to start on the next row. after it finishes everything, it will put all of that data in this Google sheet. So I'll go ahead and stop this automation since we already have an example.
Um, this is the data that is going to be used in our next automation, which would be automatically triggered 10, 30 minutes after the previous one. And it will loop over every single row we have in this Google sheet, take it to chat, CPT, CPT. and create the post on Facebook. Let me move this out of the way.
So if I click play steps here again, grabbing all of this data that we previously scraped, it's going to go to chat GPT, give it some sort of prompt, as well as all of that information that we want to use. Um, inside of this listing post, we can customize this prompt. However we want, of course, we'll give chat GPT a second to respond.
And I'll just scroll down so you can see. ChatGPT is generating this post for us.
Next, we're going to go to Facebook, click on our news feed, and post this.
