Step 1- Click on Open apps builder
Step 2- Click on Connections — We can manage all app connections from here— We can also Delete the connection.
Step 3- To add a new app connection Click on Flow Icon
Step 4- Click on + Icon — Search for Google Sheet — Select Google sheets for new connection
Step 5- Select Google sheets — Click on Connect — Click on Save to for New connection

So if we click open apps builder, and then we click on connections, we can manage all of our active connections between all of the apps here. This will allow us to delete that connection. Or if we wanted to add a new one, we can go to a flow, add that specific action that we're wanting to add, like a Google sheets action, and then we can create a new connection from here.
