So the disable step option, if we were to click the three dots. And then we see disable step here. Um, in most steps, like go to page, click, type, things like that. This is allowing us to disable that. Actually, that should be showing in every single step. Um, the disabled step is allowing us to basically skip over a step, but not delete it from our automation.

So let's say that I want to go to this page and then I no longer want to click this, but maybe I want to enable that in the future. Maybe I'm just testing things like that. I can click the three dots and then click disable step. Now what this means is when the automation runs, it will not play this step.

It'll just skip over it, but you can enable it again at any time. So I use this a lot for testing social media flows that are posting content. I often disable my post steps that I can test the automation a couple of times, but I don't actually make the post until I'm ready. Um, when I'm ready, I would go back in here, click this again, which re enables that step.
