Hey, everybody. Hey, everybody. Jeremy Redman here. Um, because we launched on app sumo, um, and we had thousand thousands of people come in over 4, 000 people. Um, and we are technically in our contract. We have that. We will come back for what they call a last call, right? So being good sports that we are, we're coming back.

Um, and so, I mean, whatever the last calls are, right? We just want to be good sports. If we do good for the year, we want to give back the app. Sumo community has been wonderful. Um, they've been so wonderful, actually. Um, the heavy, heavy, heavy majority. So like, I think it's all been great. Anyway, we got a question and we get this quite often.

Which is, what's the differences and similarities between the plans on AppSumo and the plans listed on the TaskMagic website? How are the prices going to change if they are? So, um, if you come here, and then, I'll share my screen. So, and you go to taskmagic. com slash pricing. So, we originally had different plans here, right?

There was 499, there was cloud, and then there wasn't a limited thing. Um, So it's very, very, very important that to know this 500 was what the equivalent of this tier four was. So last year when we launched, um, we had this thing called a, I think we only had three plans. Those three original plans did mimic what we had on the website at that time, which were just our starter, medium, and, you know, Whatever the team tier, whatever.

And these were the features right then. So then we started adding features and the, we had a couple add ons as well. So we had a cloud buttons add on, which you'll see down here. So we had a cloud annual, uh, a cloud add on that we have here. Um, we have apps and webhooks. And then browser VPN or proxy IP.

And then we have the whole bundle here, which is for 59. Um, so you can get essentially everything, but what we did for app Sumo lings was we gave them essentially everything. So, cause they wanted it, uh, were we gave them apps. So they got this apps and web hooks add on for 19 bucks a month forever.

Kidding. Love everyone. Um, from there. So the Google sheet trigger, all of this, it came with everything. Uh, but the cloud hours, and then we gave the original people an insane discount on this price. And it's in a bunch of P everyone is still paying it. So like, it's great. And we also do for, again, these were app sumo specific things we made that we have just left here for a very limited time, um, because we knew we might have to come back.

So we have lifetime cloud hours as well. Right. If you don't want to pay 39 bucks a month or 59 bucks a month. So we have these up here. Okay. These plans are reflective that the plans that are on the website right now are reflective of new pricing. So this here, this app sumo pricing is the tier four price.

Okay. We just had it there. We've had it there since the end of our launch, just because we got dozens and dozens of people saying, Hey, I missed this. And it's like, we didn't want to respond to all the emails. We just said, Hey, go get this. Um, and that comes with, Again, everything that tier four came with, which was users were works with everything tier four here.

So tier four, right? For 499, unlimited, unlimited, unlimited tags, unlimited custom steps, private share permission. So you can share with your teammates. webhooks? Yes. active pieces? Yes. So those were two huge things that are awesome. 20 bucks a month add ons that we're giving people now because we're coming back.

There's, they added a tier five, which includes some cloud hours, which we didn't have originally, but those people that got originally probably got a better deal. Um, but we're now, we now have a plan, right? Just like this plan that has cloud hours. For everybody so and that comes with six cloud hours and the 19 month add on and then six cloud hours per month for life Um, so I think everyone who signed up originally Got more than that, right?

If you signed up for cloud hours with us and they got additional hours, they got a killer deal So that's how it originally was And then now because we've got so many residual app sumo people, even we just want to It messed up the plans kind of because we wanted to give AppSumoing so much and so like, Hey, you guys like lifetime.

Okay, maybe we can do like a lifetime cloud thing. So we did it. Then we gave the people who did the monthly add on 50 percent off 50 percent off what it was because it was 29 a month. So now it's 39 and they got 12 hours plus extra hours. Don't cancel that. Okay. So, cause the replacement cost is now 39 a month.

Um, and you lose your extra hours. But, and we'll give some extra hours if people need. Um, if you're new, right? Because again, I want to be fair as well. So, the only difference is we added this limited plan since last time. And that's five grand. And the only, there's no feature difference. There's no usage difference.

The only difference between this is personal one on one session. So someone else's time we're accounting for this, um, one dedicated IP for cloud runs. So like, especially this service here. So like this 9 a month service, um, and access to the course, AppSumo people. Maybe. Okay. And so this is an entire system built with you.

So we actually help you build that system. The only way we can do that is we're spending man hours on it. So it's just a service on top of the product. As far as every feature in the product, you get that. Okay. So the way AppSumo did it now is you can upgrade from your tier four to your tier five, which is here.

Okay, so tier five now comes with everything that tier four has right for the 4. 99, but adds one dedicated IP for cloud runs, which is the 9 a month add on for life and six hours of cloud per month for life, right? Which is essentially the thousand dollar plan and you get it for no, it's the thousand dollar plan plus the 9 a month add on for life.

Yes, it is. All right. So that's hundreds that could be hundreds, hundreds of dollars off. Okay. So there that's that. Okay. That's the difference there. If it's somewhat convoluted, it's because we had the tier one, two, and three were our original, our plans. And then because apps who moldings just wanted different things, webhooks, we made apps, all that stuff's included in tier four and tier five, and then tier five now has this add on.

For life one, and then this, and then some cloud hours, but it has six cloud hours, which is with this plan, six cloud hours a month. Um, and again, this plan is just a service layer. Like, obviously if I'll tell you what, if. Anyone is interested from AppSumo on this. I will roll everything you've paid plus give you a discount, but you have to like maybe a thousand off because we can only do it so much because it's someone's time and I hope everyone understands that, that it's just someone's time building it for you.

Right for you slash with you. Um, so that's the only thing here. Okay. Um, and then again, we built this because it was like, we, we love the AppSumo links and every single feature is given every single feature, um, that we have, even most add ons. Which weren't, weren't there originally. Um, so like we had add ons and that's like, okay, cool.

Um, but now we're giving portions of them away, uh, giving them away. You guys are paying for them, um, hard earned money as well. So, uh, that's essentially what it is. And then we still have here that you can buy extra cloud hours. This stuff will change right now. We have these prices because. We need the feedback and suss out all the bugs.

And you guys are dealing with dealing with us, right? You know who you are. You're yelling at us. That's great. The product is really great right now. Really great, I believe. And if you don't know how great it is, you just got to use it. Um, but it is pretty amazing. Go and check out the use cases page, but that's the difference.

Cause we've always had like some monthly add ons and they're just service based things. We made a video on what the browser VPN was. Um, and that's just a, that's a third party service. That we use so that it makes it easy for you. And you can kind of take that IP anywhere you want. Um, or you can, you, we built a feature that you can use your own IP and then we gave it to you, right?

So we haven't been charging for any new feature ads. These are essentially like services that we're giving you. Um, and even then we give discounts to the AppSumo because you guys truly have been amazing. Um, and then a big reason why we're. Why we're doing well, we are doing well. Um, so, and it's all because of you.

And other people that aren't absolutely but uh, okay, so you have all that stuff Um the limited plan that's just again a service layer of someone doing work for you So we obviously can't discount that much right? But as far as product goes like sas product app desktop app product Um, all the features are the same Uh, except this has cloud hours Um, and this has the 19 a month, uh, add on and stuff.

So you guys have that, that's good to go. Um, and then is there anything you didn't cover on this new price model? Nope. Active piece is open source, which is our apps. Um, tier five. And again, you can upgrade from tier four to tier five if you haven't, or if you haven't gotten cloud hours, um, just let us know, but those are the differences and the entire pricing and how it works, um, on our site.
