VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

So to set up a Chrome profile before you're recording on the left side here, we can click on the settings tab and then Chrome profiles settings. And from here we will either see our Chrome profiles we've already created, or we can create a new Chrome profile so I can click new Chrome profile. I can name this whatever I want.

And then I can paste as many cookies as I would want here as well. After I do that, it's going to save that Chrome browser that I could edit at any time. I could also delete it or I can launch that browser window so that I can use that profile for a little bit, test things out, uh, before I launch my automation with it.

This is also really common if you're having issues with cookies, you can create a Chrome profile with no cookies in it and then go to that website and log in manually. For example, going to, uh, chat. openai. com and manually logging in here instead of adding cookies. Then when you start your automation, your profile will have a very legitimate login session that has been created in that Chrome profile that it can launch from to launch an automation from a Chrome profile.

We can click into our workspace and then click new automation, click on web. And then we can click on this checkbox saying use a shared Chrome profile. When we click this, we'll see a drop down with all of the Chrome profiles that we've created, so that we can select one and then start recording with that profile.
