How to find Triggers
To locate triggers go to the list of your automations and click View
highlighted in the picture below.
Next click Setup trigger
highlighted in the picture below.
Schedule
You can use the Schedule
trigger to select how often an automation will run. It can be set to run once a week, or as often as once per hour.
Hour/Every other hour
By selecting either Hour
or Every other hour
, you can customize your time constraints to run between certain hours of each day. To enable automation to run at specific times during the day, simply click the knob next to Turn on time constraints

Day/Every other day
Selecting Day

allows you to choose the time at which you want your automation to run each day. You can also select the specific time zone you want your automation to adhere to.
Week
By selecting Week
